Hi, I'm Maureen and I have had a passion for photography since I was a little girl and was given my first point and shoot camera! I was the girl in the friend group documenting all the moments, never without my camera!

My family and I love to travel! We split our time between the Piedmont and Coastal regions of North Carolina and the Lake's Region of Maine. I am most at peace in nature and love bringing landscapes and wildlife pictures to others. I have a passion for family and portrait photography as well. I love to incorporate nature into the portraits that I create but work with city scape photography with the same passion I have for nature.

Being a mom to two incredible sons has taught me that life is short. It is so important to capture the special moments in our lives. My style of photography is to provide a balance between capturing posed photos as well as those candid moments, moments that you will look back on and be able to remember the personalities of your loved ones through the pictures that I will provide. Hugs, kisses, laughter, a gaze into a loved ones eyes.. moments that say how much we love each other.

It is important to me that I take the time to understand the vision of the session you are hoping to achieve. I will provide opportunities during the session to get those 'sillies' out for the littles and keep them engaged while at times just being a fly on the wall. Believe me, I know that sometimes a photo session is stressful, I will consult with you on tips to ease the stress and make it a fun, relaxing time for the family.
